Once an order has been received, we will process it as soon as possible. Not all products can be mailed immediately.

The processing time is different for a variety of goods. An order of commodities can be handled in a short time. An order of tailored-made items such as personalized goods must take a number of days for processing. But we will assure that the time is within the reasonable period.




Shipping can be made when the finished goods are ready for delivery. Delivery goods will be mailed via the Australia's mailing systems. The goods will arrive in the customer's provided address from 2 to 10 days depending on where the customer is.

We are located in Glen Waverley, Victoria. Then, some states close to Victoria will get the delivery much quicker. But we will assure that the time of delivery is within the reasonable time specified by the Australia's mailing systems.

However, if the delivery is to have got lost unfortunately, we will try to locate whereabouts of the goods. The remedial measure may be to send it once again.




Broken items and commodities can be returned for exchange or refund. However, we do not accept the return of personalised goods unless it is in fault.

Once you have received your ordered items, please check whether right quantity and correct items are received. Notify us immediately if any discrepancy happens. We will check into the case, and after verification, we promise to send the correct one to you again.

If the items are broken during the mail, please inform us immediately. Proof of the broken goods must be provided (e.g. photo) so that we can easily check into the situation and replace a new one to you.
